Terms of Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
1. Returns and Exchanges
– Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

– Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
2. Refunds
– Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
– Partial Refunds: Certain situations may only qualify for partial refunds (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Exchanges

– Process: We will arrange for an exchange of the item once we have received and inspected the returned item.
4. Order Cancellations

– Processing: If your order has already shipped, a cancellation request will be treated as a return, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
